Work

Here are some higlights of the projects I've worked for. You can find out more information on my resume.

Accenture

I am currently assigned to a company based on the Bay Area, working as a Developer Support Engineer. My daily tasks involve analyzing customer and partner requests based on the client's proprietary APIs (JS, Android, iOS and Unity), identifying bugs or issues in their implementation and providing a solution. We cover channels such as StackOverflow, GitHub, email support, and internal web forums. Additionally, I've built web based dashboards to capture and display trends of the issues, categorize them, and provide deeper analysis in regards to customer satisfaction. Lastly, I've won internal Hackathons 3 times, identifying and reporting top functionality bugs.

Playful Interactive

Oxxo: Siempre Ahi

I worked as a UX developer on this application. Oxxo is the largest convenience store in Latin America, and this application allows customers to quickly identify the nearest store, based on the services selected (ATM, Ticket dispenser, Gas station). Additionally, customers can directly report the service of a store if they have any concerns about products or staff.

BEREL – Color Identifier

Application used for identifying a color within a photograph, based on the different paint colors from Berel’s palette. Developed the necessary classes to save a color combination, to create a combination from the several color palettes. Application available for iOS and Android.

Tigrerama

As part of a team, I worked as a game developer in this visual skill game starring the current roster of players in the UANL professional soccer club. Scan the board to find the indicated player, but do it fast because the board and players move and rearrange themselves as you play.

Mi Tigre Incomparable

Application created for UANL Tigres soccer team, where you interact with an animated tiger. Developed the user interface, created the triggers and delegates for interacting with the tiger, as well as the camera functionality to take a picture and using it within the application. Application available for iOS and Android.

Barbarian Siege

I worked as a game developer on Barbarian Siege. One of the top 8 finalists for the Square-Enix Latin America Game Contest 2012, this mobile game implemented gyroscope and drag and drop mechanics to control a group of brave barbarians on the quest to end the tyranny of an evil witch. The game featured tons of upgrades, spells, and battering ram enhancements.
